Which payment methods do you accept?
The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not usually accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. We do not offer refunds for returns for our products at this time.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If you have a problem with an order from our store, please contact us directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
No, we do not. We are not currently offering international orders.
Do you offer wholesale orders?
Since we make our soaps in small batches, we do not usually accept wholesale orders. We may make an exception for smaller local (Rhode Island) shops. To inquire about a wholesale order please use the contact form on our website.
How long does it take to make a batch of soap?
It takes anywhere from 9-16 weeks for a batch of soap to be made. For custom soaps we have to order specially requested ingredients which can take anywhere between 1-5 weeks for delivery. Soaps can be made in a few hours but it typically takes 8 weeks for cure time, sometimes longer depending on the bar ingredients. After that, it takes 5-7 days of packaging and labeling for the finished product.
Do you offer custom made soaps?
We offer custom made soaps for bulk orders. For a custom order, there is a minimum purchase of $100. All custom soaps will come cut in 1 inch thick bars and wrapped in biodegradable cellophane with our brand label. Custom soaps will begin to be made after the order is placed and payment is processed. Custom soap orders will require 9-15 weeks. This time is necessary for processing the custom order, stocking any soap ingredients needed, making the batch, curing the soaps, packing, labeling, and shipping.
